Cjsautoparts.com does not offer warranty on the consignment products it sells, these items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all parts included. All returns are subject to approval by Cjsautoparts.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless Cjsautoparts.com supplied the incorrect item and/or a faulty item – all return shipments must have tracking, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the customer. If the packaging on a returned item has been damaged this will incur a $5 re-packaging fee.
If a shipment is refused and is returned to Cjsautoparts.com by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
Postage & Handling
Cjsautoparts.com has a handling time of up to 5 days, in the case of an urgent order the customer is urged to contact us directly. Express postage orders are given priority over standard post and in most circumstances they will be posted on the next business day.
All pricing is subject to change at any time without any notice. Pricing errors are not the responsibility of Cjsautoparts.com, in the occurence of a pricing error we will either refund the customer or offer them the opportunity to pay the difference.
All Pre-ordered sales are final, refunds cannot and will not be given if the customer changes their mind, regardless of the circumstances. The date of the product/s availability may vary from the advertised date.
